Return Policy :We will gladly accept the return of products within 7 Day from the date of purchase, that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. All Products purchased on www.activeshop.my comes with a 7 Day Exchange Policy, if the item’s box or plastic wrapping has been opened or and the product’s packaging and product itself have been damaged, you may exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value for a period of 7 Days. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. Item will not be returned or exchanged if a person is unsatisfied with the product features after the box has been opened. We will accept exchange or refund if the product received in damaged condition only. Returning of product will be customer’s responsibility.

Refunds can only be accepted in case the product which customer received is not as described on website or delivered in damaged condition.
Once activeshop.my approves the refund, please take into consideration following points:
- The item can be sent to us by courier to our address. Please pack the product appropriately for transit-goods packaged without due care may be rejected or extra costs deducted for the damaged caused.
- activeshop.my would recommend using same courier service, through which you received your parcel to prevent loss in transit.
- activeshop.my is not liable for any items you sent that are damaged or lost in transit, we are only in a position to assist in the customer’s claim for compensation by reporting all the relevant information to the respective carriers.
- As soon as your return has been received, we will send you an email notification. Refunds will be finalized within 1 week from the date of receipt.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
